§ 383-14. Revocation and refusal of permit.

    Any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked or any application for issuance of a permit may be refused or revoked by the Police Chief if the application submitted by the applicant or permit holder contains any false, fraudulent or misleading statement.
    B. 
    If any individual is cited and pays an infraction fine or is convicted of any offense under this chapter, then, in addition to the penalties for violations of or failure to comply with the various provisions of the Code, as set forth in § 1-6 of the Code, the Chief of Police shall revoke any existing tag sale permit held by the individual convicted and shall not issue such individual another such permit for a period of two years from the time of conviction.
